Weigh In and Getting Started

First things first:

Pretty disappointed in this number to say the least. But it is my starting point, and I want never to see a number this high ever again!

Also, this came today:


I'll be cracking it open and start reading tonight.

Even though I haven't read the book yet, I still had a great on plan day. It's always hard getting used to eating healthfully again. I've been pretty much eating whatever the heck I've wanted to since Thanksgiving if I'm being honest. But I feel I'm at a good place to start getting healthy.

 My weight loss efforts have always been vanity based. This time, for the first time, it's about my health. I really don't want to be on medicines forever or die early because I didn't give my all to get healthy.

I'm actually off to exercise on my bike now. I'll be incorporating aerobic exercises into my plan as well. To start, I'm committing to 30 minutes, 4 days a week. I don't want to get burnt out on exercise as this is something I usually struggle with when dieting in the past.
